Our customers are our best sales force. We offer a bonus to each renter who refers a new renter
who signs up for an annual contract with us.The bonus shall be $30 for each inside space and $15
for each outside space. Rental bonuses only apply to the first year of the referral contract. Bonus
checks are paid when full payment is received from referred renter.

Payment Terms

All contracts are payable in full at the start of the rental period as specified in the contract and
before occupancy, with the following exceptions:

Annual single-unit renters have the option to split their payment. One-half (1/2) of the payment is
due at the start of the contract and one-half (1/2) is due six months after the beginning of the
contract. A service charge of $25 will be applied to this option at the start of the contract year.
Annual renters with multiple spaces have the option to split their payment but without a discount.
They will pay full price for each unit if the split-payment option is selected. One-half (1/2) of the
payment is due at the start of the contract and one-half (1/2) is due six months after the start of
the contract.
All renters will be provided one gate key to access the facility and if applicable, a padlock/key
for inside storage. A refundable deposit($10 per key) is required at the beginning of each
contract. Deposits will be refunded when the key(s) are returned to Indian Creek Enterprises
LLC.

Renters staying longer than the normal 3 or 6 month periods will be charged for the additional
time in monthly increments at the applicable summer and winter rates.
